• There are two very serious potholes at this junction, one on the east side and one on the west side. The potholes are both on the south side of the carriageway. Both potholes are deep enough that the base stone is visible and breaking up allowing stones and broken tarmac to be spread across the carriageway. Poor repairs have been done in this junction before and it is about time it was repaired properly. When trying to avoid the potholes it means either being on the wrong side of the road on a bad bend or being on the verge. Eventually there is going to be an accident as a result of the state of the road surface'

  This is a reoccurring issue caused by the drains blocking. The last flooding lasted 83 days. This is an issue as the driveway into the 3 properties is unadapted. The last flooding caused the drive to crack another flood of those proportions would mean that the driveways would require repair. Not to mention that every time this exceeds to the right hand side of the picture, the water then flows down to my neighbour past the drain at the Borromini (which is part of the same already booked drainage system) and floods the access to their house and their garage.
