  The council put in a 4 metre long slit drain on the public pavement many years ago as part of the road drainage system. Despite asking the mobile drain and road cleaners to clear it - this never happens. The slit is now blocked and full of weeds. It needs to ge cleared and added to the schedule every time the road is done.
