The existing pot holes are getting deeper and wide. Muddy lane stream overflows as it is blocked. The underlying road foundations are deteriating due to water penitration. If no action is taken the road will become impassable for cars and dangerous for pedestrians. This has been reported previously, a number of times, and no action has been taken.
