• There are road surface and pothole problems from just passed Lower Beach for the next 1/4 mile going towards the top of Arbour Lane. This is the section of the road with the worst problem although there are potholes all along the road. Also, there is a gap where the road has been mended with big boulders just behind Lower Beach and a large boulder has been left in my parking area adjacent to the repair which I would like removed please.

• Particularly bad potholes between the T junction after Lower Beach (ie in Shrewsbury direction) and Rhadley >Cottage. Really dangerous to anyone driving or walking as when they are full of water they cannot be seen. The road surface is appalling and has fallen in on the sides. >This is true of the road between the top of Arbour Lane and Lower Beach. I report every year and every year it gets worse and although the Council mends some of the pot hole the job is never completed. The road just before Rhadley Cottage and just after the T junction really bad.

• There are potholes between the top of Arbour Lane and Lower Beach the worst ones are nearer to Lower Beach there are also potholes on the road near to Rhadley Cottage. These are all dangerous and should be dealt with as soon as possible. This road is in a very poor condition and should be regularly monitored for potholes. A motor cyclist came off his bike the other day. I happened to be driving behind him and he was badly shaken but not seriously injured.
