This drain on Ticklerton Road just beyond and opposite the village hall, is overflowing from underground. Water is bubbling up from under this drain and covering the road, gathering about 1/3 of a mile downhill. The entire road is flooding and has now frozen over and is treacherous for vehicles and for pedestrians. Plus there is a water issue.
