Dear Sirs I write concerning the heavily overgrown hedge/trees bushes on the Western boundary of this car park. We believe that the hedge belongs to the Queens Court residential complex but the car park side has always been attended by Shropshire Council. The trees/bushes are the responsibility of the Council. We would like to reduce the height of the hedge down to 1.5m and neatly trim the Queens Court side. To do this it would be sensible and necessary to 'cordon off' all the car park spaces adjacent the hedge for 1 day to prevent branches/brushwood damaging the parked cars. May this be arranged please. We hope to do this work in the Autumn. It would make sense for the Council to cut their side of the hedge and reduce/trim the overgrown trees at the same time. We asked our Contractor to give a quote for this work whilst he was on site with all his equipment which is attached. We are very happy to make all the necessary arrangements and ensure you are satisfied with the results. Can you advise please. Yours faithfully John Hughes
