• In heavy rain, the drains are insufficient to absorb water running down the hill (including from the stream higher up Oldbury Wells) quickly enough. As s result, water is pooling at the lowest point on Oldbury Wells (opposite no. 12) and backing up into our house's own drainage. This threatens to flood the property itself - as it did in October 2023 (which incident was also reported to you.
