High risk of grass fire from road side verge in newcastle-on-Clun.

I am once again reporting the fire risk of the roadside verge on the A4368 at Newcastle-on- Clun. Your inspection said that it was a maintenance issue rather than a fire risk. I disagree. I have rung the fire brigade and they say they cannot help. I have asked a local farmer but he does not have the tools suitable. I have now included photos. This roadside verge is adjacent to a high hedge and next door to my property and a field of stubby. I have reduced the grass in my part of the Millrace now it is up to the council to cut this as soon as possible.
