This drain overtops in heavy rain as it pours down the hill in heavy rain and builds up at the bottom of this cul-de-sac where the surface levels out. Debris in the drain will exacerbate this so you'll then get 4 phone calls to clear the water urgently. Please clear this drain to avoid the above. Thank you
