Dead tree in garden near the point of topic
Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14216751.
The dead tree is dropping branches onto parked vehicles in parking bays for private houses behind property of were the tree is near topic point This has caused some scratches and dents to cars. However we will not be claiming for damages but if anymore drop off it it will be going that direction as this is not our tree nor on our property to sort. It could drop on anyone and really hurt them I have grandchildren that play there as near my home. This issue has been happening the last few weeks and really needs sorting before any strong winds bring it down it seems dead and very weak but also very tall and I’m worried it falls on my garden fences aswell as my cars

Nobody has been near or contacted me I’m now getting annoyed as my car was full of debris from this said tree yet again along with 2x neighbours cars from the winds the last few days !! I have had my landlord down who is a gardener look at this tree and he’s said a very strong wind in winter could bring this tree down on my garden or hit his property. He is looking into taking this further no one is admitting liability for this tree and we as neighbouring tennents should not have to pay to have this tree taken down safely!! Nor should my landlord. I’ve spoken to the people Whoose in the upstairs flat they said it was there when they moved in they are elderly and they to have reported it in the past few weeks 🤷🏼♀️. The flat below is empty so tbh I don’t know Whoose liable but it needs removing and fast please. Otherwise a lot of people are at risk of being hurt or a lot of lawsuits for damage to properties and vehicles due to it dismantling in the winds. It is coming winter and this is not going to be good to anyone if left. I would please appreciate your thoughts on this matter and your help in finding if your not responsible for this situation the right person or people who is. Much appreciated
