2 dogs wandering on road. Spaniel and Jack Russell. Both looked like they had recently given birth.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14216686.

Unable to find that the dogs. Don't know who they belong to. A483 approx 100 yards away. Near to Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Hospital by the humpback bridge. Looked like both dogs were lactating.
