Broken metal railings

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14216598.

For approximately 20m pavement railings are broken & supporting concrete posts broken. Causing hazard to pedestrians. The roadway & drains are blocked by weeds which are overgrowing pavement & causing obstruction to pedestrians. These issues have been reported on numerous occasions over many months. Yet still nothing has been done & the hazards remain.
