Underground tanks blocked with silt

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14216290.

In May during a Highways walk through of the problems in the village we were told that the tanks between the drains and the railway line were blocked with silt. Would you please confirm that these will be cleared before the autumn especially as there have not yet been any flood defences implemented at Pentrewern Farm I believe that you were hoping to do the work at the same time that Network Rail are updating the syphon in August as this will mean that the rail line will be closed which will make the work easier to access
