Litter bin damaged and rubbish everywhere

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14216269.

The litter bin on the walkway that leads from Shrewsbury Road to Salisbury Road has been ripped off the stand and there is rubbish all over the place. Needs clearing up and bin replacing.
