Pavement blocked

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14215962.

The pavement is blocked for approximately 100yds by overgrown hedge & hedgebank. This has been reported numerous times & nothing has been done. Yet the opposite roadway hegebank has been cut! Pedestrians are forced to walk in the roadway.
