Potentially dead tree

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14215858.

A tree overhanging the main road and electric supply has now dropped 3 larger branches in the last 2 months. The 1st branch took out the electric supply and national grid attended the area to repair the line and secure the area. The 2nd fell into the road and was removed. Today another large branch broke off skimming the electric line almost snapping again. Worried if the tree is dead this may result in another electric outage or branches in the road.
