Relocation of street light

I am writing to enquire about the possibility of relocating a street lamp outside my property - 99 Maple Avenue, Oswestry, Shropshire SY11 2SF. I would like to widen my existing driveway to create additional off road parking, but the current position of the lamp post prevents this from being possible. Parking on our road has become increasingly difficult due to the number of vehicles. It is often extremely hard for visitors to find somewhere to park, and unfortunately this has contributed to tensions and neighbour disputes, which appear to be escalating. There have also been occasions where vehicles have been physically blocked in by other parked cars because of the lack of space. My intention is to widen the driveway sufficiently so that a visitors vehicle can park alongside my own, entirely within my frontage. This would reduce the need for visitors to park on the road and help avoid vehicles obstructing the dropped kerb or restricting access for others. I believe this would not only benefit my property but also help ease some of the parking pressures on the street. Could you please advise whether it would be possible to relocate the lamp post and explain the process involved? I would also appreciate information on whether a site visit would be required and an indication of the likely costs. If there are any application forms or further information you require from me, please let me know.
