Blocked drainage pipe - just by the double gates Shelderton SY7 0PF before Hywinds on the right

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14215588.

Drainage pipe under road between Hywynds Shelderton Clungunford Craven Arms SY7 0PF and UPPER SHELDERTON HOUSE, SHELDERTON, CLUNGUNFORD, CRAVEN ARMS SY7 0PE gets blocked and rain water causes damage to the edge of the road. Please check and take appropriate action. twigs and leaves block the pipe- advised that it is 12 in pipe that goes into 6in pipe. The water that can't drain away is washing away the sides of the lane and has caused a 2.5 ft drop.

Can you please investigate to see if this can be resolved while it is dry? thanks
