Overflowing bin still not emptied

This popular bin is still overflowing. There are 3 bins in Atcham, I spoke to your operative today when he was emptying the bin by the bus stop, he assured me that all the Atcham bins are on the same clearing run and all would be emptied every Friday. Why is the bin by the old bridge still full of the same waste I reported last week and had a reply stating that the emptying had been scheduled. What is going on ??????? Is the bin on the bridge on the Friday clearing run with the other 2 or not, I need an answer not an automated reply.
