B4380 station road cressage highways sandbag and metal easel

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14214913.

A contractor has left a sandbag and the metal easel which holds signs on the pavement near the war memorial b4380 starion road and it has been there for weeks now. Can someone please remove it as on the pavement. Thanks
