Over grown verges

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14214819.

The Verges in this stretch of road from the goldstone/ sambrook junction up through little soudley over the canal past Foxbridge to soudley is getting so over grown you can’t see around the bends and walkers are risking there lives and there dogs and the cyclists , it is now dangerous and unfair to drivers and pedestrians and needs addressing asap also restricting emergency services

  • We have looked into this issue and can advise that the work required will be picked up as part of routine maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    We will continue to undertake routine inspections in the meantime, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action. This report will now be closed.
