Eyesore- litter spilling out of bin in lay-by

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14214786.

Green wheelie bin full and overflowing. Additional bags of rubbish and loose litter blowing around the lay-by. An absolute eyesore and should have been given priority when it’s an area that visitors to Shropshire might stop in on their way out of Shrewsbury and into much Wenlock and further a field.
