Pavement increasingly blocked by out of control foliage

Outside 136 Ellesmere Road the pavement is increasingly blocked by foliage from what appears to be an out of control garden spilling over the wall. It all needs cutting back to the boundary wall. Please sort it out!,

  • There has been some token clipping but, sadly, insufficient. Please could you now enforce in order that growth is taken back to the boundary. This is a safety issue on a busy main road. Thank you.
