Vegetation on the roadside verge + road sweeper needed !

I am writing to formally complain about the verge along Redwood lane which is creating significant safety and access issues.The vegetation on the roadside verge has grown excessively and is now obstructing the carriageway, reducing visibility and usable road width. In addition, stones and debris have washed down from the cut into the middle of the road. This is causing accidents a cyclists came off last week because of the loose stones the middle of the road. And delivery drivers are now refusing to deliver parcels to properties in the area because the vegetation scratching their vehicles. These issues are ongoing and pose a clear safety risk to road users as well as creating practical difficulties for residents. I would be grateful if you could arrange for the verge to be cut back, the carriageway cleared of stones, and appropriate maintenance to be carried out as a matter of urgency. Please let me know what action will be taken and the expected timescale.

VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN RING shropshire highways YOU ARE TOLD THERE IS NOT MUCH TRAFFIC IN YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD SO YOU ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST ! VERY POOR SERVICE !!!!!
