Broken Temporary Traffic Lights

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14214440.

The temporary traffic lights on Raven Meadows appear to have been damaged (amber light on right side has popped out of casing), turned away from the road, and are constantly stuck on red.
