Speed limit signs

I am writing to ask if a speed limit sign on Olden Lane, Ruyton XI Towns could be moved. It is where the 60 then becomes 40. As there are no pavements on this road until you reach the village shops it is a very dangerous road to have to walk on. When leaving to the right of Barncroft farm caravan and campsite the speed limit is still 60 mph. So even in a vehicle emerging it is potentially dangerous. Being a “walker” on a 60mph road with bends and blind spots it is extremely dangerous. Wanting to support the local shop and cafe en route whilst many of us take our dogs to the park All that would be needed would be for the 40 and 60 mph speed limit signs to be brought to the other side of the site to slow cars down before they reached us and not speed up before passing I do hope you take this letter into consideration I look forward to hearing from you
