Message from Resident: The lighting (in total) on the Green End / Brownlow Street Car Park (Precinct) does not work, prompting public safety concerns for residents and visitors; we understand this may be a supply issue, but needs to be addressed. It has also been requested that the refuse bin near the disused toilets is relocated to the opposite side of the Car Park (outside or near Costcutter) to enable its use.
