Exposed wiring and sharp edges

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14213858.

The cut down lamp/sign which is regularly taped up by yourselves, the tape is fraying and peeling off again, needs attention, or better yet just remove the post instead of taping it up every Couple of months Thanks
