Several cars for sale blocking view for dual carriageway

The property owner of oak ale / Indian that was is selling cars. Not a problem but he’s now selling them from the road side blocking view for all neighbours to pull on to dial carriage and for pedestrians that are trying to cross very dangerous. He’s putting cars two abreast out side his roads so advertising that they are for sale there are 7 cars on the area at the moment we have told him to move as they are obstructing are view when pulling out and so has sheds now.
