Bins disappearing

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14213243.

Why are bins disappearing? it is not logical to remove them when there is so much litter & rubbish about. i'm told that if a bin isn't on the list to be collected it doesn't get done. you seem to have less bin men now and the amount of rubbish accumilating is vast.
