Overgrown patch of land

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14213089.
Customer reported land at the side of his property is massively overgrown and full of weeds, brambles and overgrown grass. He asked if this can be cut down as it is blocking views and he is worried about rats and other vermin getting in from there.

We have looked into this issue and can advise that the work required will be picked up as part of routine maintenance.
Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.
We will continue to undertake routine inspections in the meantime, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action. This report will now be closed.

Customer is concerned that rats and baby rats are coming into his property from this over grown land and customer is worried they will get into the house
