I am a Severn Trent inspector. I have attended today after a customer report of a leak. I have checked our mains and no issues found. Stop tap to prop is isolated as currently empty. There is a ditch along edge of garden to 5 church lane and a deep hole where I have marked. There looks to be some kind of culvert but unable to clear. Property is in poor condition and unoccupied so haven’t spoke to owners
