Surface issues on roundabout

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14212817.

Sections of the surface on the roundabout have failed and other areas are deteriorating. These have been repaired previously but have failed again. Several of them are directly in the carriageway and cause cars to have to take avoiding action
