Waited 2yrs to fix it and they leave a hole!!!

Thank you very much for finally sending a team to fix the horrendous conditions we have been dealing with … but why on earth having actually cut out sections do they not do the job properly leaving holes which are going to cause the problem to return far quicker than it should. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING THE WORK????
