Drain Cover Has Collapsed In One Corner

There is a partially collapsed drain cover opposite the Connexus site on the westbound B4362 at Woofferton. It's been like this for some time but is usually avoidable in a car in daylight. However, not so easily avoided for a cyclist like me ... a buckled wheel and serious injury awaits somebody.
