Bin too small for foot traffic

This bin was emptied on Friday afternoon and by Saturday afternoon was overflowing again (see photo) It is the only bin between the high street and Tescos bin! There are several convenience stores on this route and in this weather and during busy tourist days this bin is just not suitable for the amount of people looking for a bin. There needs to be more bins and they need to be bigger in a tourist town. This is a post mounted drop bin next to a post box/postoffice/convenience store/main walkway through a tourist town/next to a pub/no dog poo bin for 1/2 mile - it is just not suitable for its position and usage. It is always overflowing within 24 hrs of emptying. It stinks
