Tractors destroyed our OLD wall.

PLEASE HELP!! I have pics of registration plates of x 5 tractors that have been up and down for the last couple hours outside my home. The damage happened approx 4pm. I have neighbours who also saw the damage and tractors driving on by. They all work for a guy / farmer called Owen who’s apparently been notified! But they have completely destroyed our lovely wall. I have pics of of damage and tractors!!!! But your site won’t allow me to send to u. Please tell me where I can send u thus IMPORTANT info to help get this sorted asap!! As it’s their responsibility obviously. The wall holds up a lot of soil so could give way too onto a highway!!!!!!! Please help
