Litter bin overflowing litter everywhere

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14212059.

Litter picking on A49 s responsibility of Shropshire Council not National Highways. Litter bins in lay-bys all along A49 overflowing since beginning of May. Why aren’t they being emptied? The stray litter as a result of this failure also needs picking
