Speed Bump Bolt on Rad

The speed bumps outside RAF Shawbury are in poor condition and are retained by coach bolts which are coming loose. I picked up the one on the attached photograph this afternoon as it was lying in the middle of the road. These will cause significant damage to a vehicles tyres and if thrown up could cause significant damage to following vehicles or injury to cyclists or pedestrians. This needs to be addressed urgently. I will warn RAF Shawbury personnel about the hazard.
