Speeding vehicles past the school (even though 20mph zone)

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14212029.

The road has recently been designated a 20mph zone (outside the primary school) Unfortunately, most drivers do not obey the 30mph zone let alone the 20 mph (especially tractors) - considerable element of danger to the children.

I would recommend SPEED HUMPS either side of the the school entrances (3 or 4 needed).
