Grass is now knee-high and desperately needs cutting

STAR contract was cancelled and grass usually mowed twice by now but not been touched this year! We noticed Shrewsbury had all their public spaces before "no mow may" started. Could we use our Environmental Maintenance Grant to ask our lengthsmen to do it as it is now unsafe for children to play in and dog faeces are being left in it.
