Badly clanking manhole cover

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14211813.

This issue makes for very unfriendly environmental experience at this location. Heavy traffic creating clanking of the manhole cover makes it impossible to hear any speech, such as its OK to cross the road now.
