Heath and Safety issue on road where sight loss person walks

This pothole is around a gas cover. It has gradually got worst with the traffic going up to Carding Mill Valley. It is just outside Ambledide and Copper Beech ob the road. Pedestrians walk on this part of the road as there is no footpath. The pothole is dangerous for a friend with sightloss who walks to visit me and her daughter further up the road.
