"No Entry" sign not lit

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14211775.

Lights on the "No Entry" sign on the corner of Market Square and Mill Street (adjacent to the Assembly Rooms/Bill's Kitchen) are not working.
