Kerb stones need raising and pavement needs resurfacing

The road has recently been resurfaced and as a result has increased the height of the main road thats now is level with our kerb stones. As a result in this, when we have rain all the excess water will now go down our driveway into our property. Which will will cause flood damage. Also the pavement needs resurfacing as many holes and uneven surface for pedestrians.
