Ridiculously large tree overhanging on my back garden

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14211459.

This tree is getting bigger and bigger by the week. I’ve already been hit in the head by a falling branch from it last year. I have reported this problem multiple times. It needs lopping. If it is not dealt with by the end of June I will be seeking legal advice.

It is on big walls in Ruyton xi towns . And I am on birch grove Ruyton xi towns Shrewsbury SY4 1LH
