Overgrown Trees

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14211247.

The trees behind the footpath next to 127 Heritage Way, SY22 6LN are overgrown. They are well over the footpath and starting to go over the fence at the above property. Not sure if these belong to SC? Can they be cut back?
