Weed spraying/ removal on Broad Street cobbles

There are cobbles which run the length of Broad Street between the pavement and the road. For several years now we have struggled to get them weed sprayed and cleaned off. We understand this is difficult due to cobbles becoming loose but if they could be sprayed and then dead weeds removed that would be good. This is a prominent street in Ludlow and it is terrible when it looks untidy.
