Someone is going to get seriously hurt

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14210869.

Cyclists are trying navigate around these potholes and I saw a car nearly hit a cyclist as both were trying to avoid the holes. Cars make a thump and veer a bit when hitting these holes, I would hate to think what it does to a bike or motorcycle.
