Near to the Shropshire Council waste bin in the small public car park at the bottom of pit bank

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14210805.

This matress has been tipped several weeks ago and reported to the Shropshire Councillor and we have been advised to report on FMS. It IS on Shropshire Council land as they empty the waste bin directly next to where the matress and soft toys have been dumped
